Thank you for subscribing to Shobdomukur. As a digital e-magazine providing instant access to exclusive content, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. Digital Nature of Our Product

All Shobdomukur subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for subscriptions that have been processed and accessed.

2. No Refund Policy

• We do not refund for unused subscription time or partial periods.
• Once your subscription payment is successfully processed via Stripe বা SSLCommerz, it is considered final and non-refundable.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of your current subscription period.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us immediately at editor@mukuradam.org. We will review your request and provide a refund or correction if deemed appropriate.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, such as duplicate payments or technical issues preventing access, we may issue a refund. Such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. This policy applies to any payment processed through Stripe or SSLCommerz.
